“Why are you out here,” is a common question I get at the door when I’m meeting people in the district.  “You don’t have an opponent; you’re going to win,” people say as I introduce myself.  I explain that I’m going to door-to-door most weeknights and every Saturday for some very important reasons:

1) My job is to represent you, and going door-to-door in the primary and the general election provides a good introduction to the issues and concerns on your minds. The top three priorities I hear about are education, preserving our federal lands, and Adding the Words the to Idaho Human Rights Act.

That’s why I’m working so hard! I hope to spread the word about the importance of this election and motivate people to not only get themselves to the polls, but also those neighbors that aren’t as mobile, or those friends that might forget. EVERY VOTE COUNTS in this election.
